The Philosopher of Soul, he possessed one of the finest voices in R&B, one that made him a soul-blues stalwart and lady-killing balladeer. He was a three-time Grammy-nominated American recording artist and songwriter who performed a wide variety of genres, from blues, rhythm and blues, soul, and gospel to pop, doo-wop, and disco. Johnnie somehow always managed to always adapt to the times, and he parlayed that versatility into a recording career that lasted nearly four decades.
    Most of these are in nice condition, especially for their age; locating original items like this is really getting harder and harder, and this is an AMAZING, unique lot that will be a terrific addition to your collection!
