This auction is for a rare Paul McCartney and Wings 45 Venus and Mars Rock Show 45 record that was issued in 1975.
The label notes that is is a custom promotional record and is not for sale.  One side is mono and the other side is stereo.
The sides are catalogued as P-4175, PRO-8261 and P-4175, S45-92103A.
This 45 has been played but is in relatively good shape.  The label is relatively clean as well.  Please see the picture.
