RETURN POLICY
I accept returns within 30 days of the actual ship date (ship date is when the shipping company picks up the package). Please contact me as soon as possible if your item is damaged upon arrival. Please send pictures of the packaging and damage. I will handle the claims process for you. Unless the item was not as described (or damaged), returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Return costs are buyer’s responsibility. If you decide you do not want the item, I do not refund your return shipping cost or my cost to ship to you.
