Soviet WW2 Award Recipient’s Coupon Booklet for Free Travel, supplement for an order booklet.
Issued to a recipient of a WW2 decoration who was thereby eligible to get a free round-trip ticket on any train or ship once a year. During WW2 and for the first couple of years after the war, the recipients of higher decorations also received a monthly stipend, but that stopped in 1947. From that point onward, the biggest tangible benefit for decorated veterans was a free ticket, although some other benefits existed as well (they got greatly expanded later, during the Brezhnev era.)
The document is in great condition, with well-preserved intact cloth binding and clean internal pages.
