This is the more scarce copy of the 2nd version as it lists the songs Please Please Me and Ask Me Why and 'The Beatles' is above the spindle hole.  The cover rates a VG+(+) with some light rub wear, a name on top right front, some light bottom edge wear and some flaking on top edge.  No splits and the spine is solid.  The vinyl shows some scuffing (nothing bad) and plays very nicely, VG++.
