In The Journaler's Handbook, everyone has a story, you will learn how to write the stories that will transform your scrapbook from a pretty photo album to a cherished keepsake. Let Creating Keepsakes Editor in Chief, Tracy White, guide you through each step of the journaling process in this three part set which includes: A book, A guided workbook, and an Audio workshop.
TERMS:
1. PayPal payment is the only payment accepted. Payment is expected within 3 days of ending. If you can’t pay for your purchase promptly, please contact me, so I know you still do want the item. The faster you pay the faster I can ship it to you.
2. I describe every item I list as accurately as I possibly can, with the knowledge I have of the item.
3. We try to respond to messages in a timely manner during the working week, please be aware this may take longer over a weekend, holiday period and if the store is in a vacation mode.
4. Shipping occurs within two business day of payment being cleared, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
5. FREE SHIPPING is offered some of the time. Books, typically hardbacks are mailed through USPS media mail within the US. This is the most cost effective manner of mailing but does take 3 - 8 days to reach it's destination. This is reflective of the service and is beyond my control.

7. If you have any questions please ask before you purchase this item and I will answer your question promptly as I can. We are human and sometimes make mistakes, so if there is a difference between the descriptive text and the photos, the photos will be considered the correct information.
8. Please contact me first to resolve any problems you may have with your item before leaving neutral, negative feedback or filing a case! I am an honest seller and I will try my best to fix any issues you may have.
9. Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your item. Buyer pays return shipping. Only the price of the item will be refunded, original or return shipping cost will NOT be refunded. Item must be in original condition that it was shipped out in. If it was new with tags, original tags must still be attached, Item must be in resalable condition. Original cost of item not including shipping will be refunded as soon as I receive the returned item in the mail and can determine that it was in its original condition. If your item was damaged in shipping, I cannot be responsible for that, if you chose not to insure the item.
