This is a 1961 Reprint of TM 10-7360-201-10 US Army Operator's Manual, Bakery Plant, Mobile  -  FSN 7360-221-2418, March 196a. Very Good Condition, 53 pages, light wear to the covers, pages clean and tight.  3 hole punch, measures 8" x 10.25." Also comes with updates C1 thru C8.
