USSR WW2 VLKSM Central Committee Photo ID Ukraine Komsomol Exec Officer Document

Description

Soviet Photo ID Card of a Member of the Central Committee of the Lenin Komsomol (Communist Youth League) of Ukraine, #28, issued in 1940 to Mykola (Nikolai) Antonovich Kuznetsov.
The ID is a hard booklet bound in genuine maroon leather of finest quality, typical of ID cards issued before and after WW2 to top Soviet party officers, administrators, and military commanders. There is impressed inscription in gold on the cover:

(“TsK LKSMU”) which stands for “Central Committee of Lenin Communist League of Youth of the Ukraine” (the Ukrainian branch of the All-Union Komsomol).   The ID contains a nice photo of the original owner. The Ukrainian text on the opposite page states that he was elected a member of the Central Committee by the XII Congress of LKSMU in Kiev in 1940. The document has two stamps of the Central Committee and is hand-signed by its secretary.
The document is in SUPERB CONDITION! The leather is healthy, with nice shine. There is only minor ink staining on the back cover, not detractive, while the front and especially the interior are perfectly clean.
