You are looking at a Vintage 1970s Goodall Toe Saver Fire Boots with steel Toe. Mens size 7, Have seen firefighting use and may have wear consistent with that. These are very old and may have cracks and dryrot and will probably leak but these are more for display than actual use. I have not cleaned them. These Boots would look great in your Mancave
